At Bushra Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bushra.ae or by phone at +971-5457-680-54 or +971-5584-960-34 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item and your preference.
